What does being a member of NNEC mean to you? Being a member of Northern Neck Electric Cooperative gives you a sense of belonging. They focus on the needs of
the local community, which is extremely important. I am glad to be a member of this cooperative because I know they care about their members and their community.
What does winning this scholarship mean to you? Winning this scholarship is huge for me. College is an expensive but rewarding endeavor, and I’m so happy that groups such as the Electric Cooperative are willing to help students pay for their education.
