Osmose to Perform Pole and Underground Facility Inspections in Lancaster and Northumberland Counties

Northern Neck Electric Cooperative is committed to providing safe and reliable electric service to our members. As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain and improve system reliability, contractors from Osmose will be conducting inspections on utility poles and underground facilities, including padmount transformers, in the coming weeks.

These inspections help identify potential issues before they become major problems, ensuring the strength and integrity of our electric distribution system. Members in the following areas may see Osmose vehicles and personnel working in their communities:

Lancaster County: Mollusk, Nuttsville, Heritage Point, Yankee Point, Bertrand
Northumberland County: Lewisetta, Bundick, Lake, Newman's Neck

Osmose crews will be working along roadways and near electric infrastructure as they assess and maintain equipment. We appreciate our members’ patience and understanding as we complete this essential work to enhance service reliability.
