valid phone number so that one of our Customer Service Representative's (CSR)
can contact you after processing your information. Also include a valid e-mail
\address if possible. NNEC will perform a credit check using the information
provided to determine if a deposit is required. A CSR will contact you prior
to setting up your account to verify other information such as connect date.
