Northern Neck Electric Cooperative's office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, except on holidays.
Drive-Through Window Hours
For member convenience, Northern Neck Electric Cooperative offers a drive-through window for making payments during normal business hours. The Cooperative also has a night depository for after hours payments.
Emergency After Hours
Cooperative personnel respond to outage and emergency calls 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.
