Northern Neck Electric Cooperative restored power to all members who are able to have electric service July 15th at 8:20 p.m..Line crews from Mecklenberg Electric Co-op, Southern Maryland Electric Co-op, A & N Electric Co-op, Rappahannock Electric Cooperative and Prince George Electric Cooperative, along with contractor crews from Asplundh, C. W. Wright and J.M.D. assisted NNEC line crews in restoring power to members. Access to repair the system was a big issue with trees and debris impeding the restoration work.NNEC would like to thank our members for being patient during the restoration. NNEC extends a special thanks to our linemen, visiting crews, contractors, and inside support who through determination, hard work and commitment to serving our members,got the lights back on in spite of the broken trees, broken poles and extensive line damage.
